What counts as one request?
One clear deliverable: a landing page, a logo direction, a set of social visuals, an animation. Big projects like a full website are split into a series of requests on your board.
How fast is delivery?
Most requests land within two working days. Because of the time difference, that usually means you send in the evening and review the next morning.
Do we ever talk live?
Yes. There's an overlap window every European morning for calls. Most work runs async on the board, which is faster for both of us.
Who owns the work?
You do. Everything delivered, including AI-generated visuals, is yours to use commercially once the month is paid.
Is AI imagery safe for my brand?
I work from your real product shots and brand references, and lock product geometry so nothing gets invented. Every image is checked and retouched by hand before delivery.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. If the queue runs dry, pause and keep your unused days for later. You can also cancel anytime, with no notice period.
